Portal Worx Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") wants you to be completely satisfied with the Service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your Portal Worx subscription.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.
The 30-day period begins on the date your first paid subscription payment is processed (not from the start of your free trial).
If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period for cancellations made after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 30-day money-back guarantee period, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your annual billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for the remaining months of an annual subscription cancelled after the 30-day guarantee period.
When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for the price difference during the remaining period. You continue to have access to your current plan's features until the period ends.
Switching from an annual billing cycle to a monthly billing cycle takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period. You will continue to receive the benefits of your annual subscription (including the 20% annual discount) until the end of the annual period you have already paid for. Monthly billing begins on your next billing cycle. No prorated refunds or credits are provided for the unused portion of an annual subscription when switching to monthly. You may revert the switch at any time before the annual period ends by clicking “Keep Annual Billing” in your billing settings.
Switching from a monthly billing cycle to an annual billing cycle takes effect immediately. You will be charged the annual subscription fee on a prorated basis for the remainder of your current monthly billing period, less a credit for the unused days of the monthly subscription you have already paid for. This switch activates the 20% annual discount from the date of the switch forward.
Account credits generated from seat removals, plan changes, or other billing adjustments are governed by Section 4.7 of our Terms of Service. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, and are applied automatically to future invoices on the same account. Any unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation or termination of your subscription.

We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, South Africa, or any other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, your statutory rights take precedence over this policy to the extent of any conflict.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Changes will not affect refund requests already in progress.
