Yes, on every plan. Your office, your crew on site, your clients and your suppliers all get access at no extra cost, and the people you send links to don't need an account at all. One account is meant for one business.
Most of them never need an account: they get a link, open it, and approve, sign or download. When someone needs more than a link, invite them as a guest, the one external role. A guest is put on specific projects and sees only what you share there, never your wider workspace and never each other. You can also give someone access until a date, and it ends by itself.
Live projects, storage and AI credits. Starter holds ten live projects, and archiving a finished one frees a slot, so the limit isn't a one-way door.
Every plan includes a monthly bundle, shown on the plans above. A project summary costs one credit, two for the detailed length. Drafting a report template, suggesting category names, comparing two versions and summarising an approval each cost one. If you run out, any plan including Starter can buy a top-up pack from billing settings: 100 credits for £7 or 500 for £30, lasting 12 months from purchase. Ask Scout, the help assistant, is free.
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Annual saves 20%. Switch from monthly to annual any time and we credit your unused monthly time. Switching back to monthly takes effect at the end of your annual term.

You get a reminder before it ends. If you don't pick a plan, your workspace is paused. Nothing is deleted. You lose access until you subscribe, and you can resume any time and pick up where you left off.
